Resident sentenced on fraud, conspiracy and larceny charges
Hugh O’Donnell, 51, of Wakefield, was sentenced to 18 months in jail on charges of operating a scheme that illegally gave benefits to fellow longshoremen working on the Massport docks in South Boston.
